 A very important list of things to FINISH ONCE AND FOR ALL.

Steve/Tony:

• My post hydra!cap fix-it for the BB. (Still debating CERTAIN subplot involving Tony and a baby puma.)
• There's an AA fic that may involve Steve and Tony eloping. Could be a good fic for the S4's countdown event.
• A stupid ults fic based on a Hemingway's book, because I have no self preservation. Or, MAYBE that ults AU I wanted to write inspired by the plot of La Tregua.
• THE STUPID MAMMA MIA AU. (It's an 616 AU, because I like to complicate my own existence.)
• It's been 84 years and I'm still writing Adeste Fideles ("I'm going to write a Christmas fic for Christmas", I said. Last November.)
• I need to... stop misplacing my files so I can write an HONEST LIST of things I've got to write.

R76:

• When will I finish this extremely painful Transistor AU. WHEN.
• SO I HAVE AN IDEA FOR A FIC ABOUT FARMING AND RETIREMENT but I still need to research a lot about farming. What little I know is related to potatoes :(((

(My gut is telling me I've forgotten like, half of the things I want to write but. They'll come around.)

I'M REALLY EXCITED FOR YOUR BB (I remember you mentioning your story to me before?), but oooohh my god, please, please write that AA fic for the countdown, I'll lie down and cry forever (in a good way).

Yeah, of course I remember! That was a very productive summer break, ahaha, I plotted a lot of things around that fic. I'm super excited about finishing it for BB because it's my first time writing a big fic and I'm really attached to this story.

And I want to write for the the countdown so badly (at least, before exams at uni SWALLOW ME DOWN). I already have an idea of what ideas to outline, I was inspired but your honeymoon series hehe.

OHHHHHHHHHHHH MY GOD THEM ELOPING. Yes, please. OH MY GOODNESS. I'm making starry eyes right now. Everything on your S/T list is so relevant to my interests (Ults!!! Yes!!!)

And I want to write all the ULT fic. i recently posted a drabble about 616 Tony and ult Steve and I think I'd like to explore that a bit more? It's such an interesting (and awesome) combination.

It'll just be Steve/Tony, and the Avengers already recognize that that's what'll make them happiest, right? Although they'd be down about the lack of a party, probably!

Ooh, it would be! I think it's partly because Ults!Tony is probably the most closed-off/distant of the Tonys and is so deliberate with his facade and it definitely fools Ults!Steve! So, it'd be really interesting for Steve to meet another Tony who's more open and vulnerable and have to reconcile that with the Tony he knows. And of course, Tony having to deal with a harder Steve who's more blunt with his words. Man, I love the multiverse...

They can always have a party afterwards??? I can see Tony throwing them one just to make them happy.

I love how reserved and closed-off ults!Tony is because it's REALLY hard to know how he's actually feeling or what's he's thinking. Is he being a tease or is he serious about this? Does he care about this or is he pretending? ETC. He's the Tony that has totally perfected the TONY STARK MASK up to 500%.

AND of all of the Tonys, 616!Tony is the most... vulnerable? He cries-- he openly weeps when he's really sad, and accepts that he's pretty emotional and he's super bad at hiding it. So, for him to meet an even more emotionally constipated, blunt and rougher Steve. WELL. (I think 616!Tony would be able to get ults!Steve to open up more? Making youserlf vulnerable does that to people.)
